At Perseve Hair, we’re all about delivering luxe haircare straight to your doorstep—fast, smooth, and stress-free. Here’s the lowdown on how we handle shipping, so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • We work fast! Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Need it ASAP? We get it. Just know that during major sales or peak seasons, it might take a little longer.

  • You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the move.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer a few different shipping options, so you can choose what works best for you. Delivery times are estimates and depend on where you are and how fast the carrier moves. Right now, we only ship within the U.S.—but stay tuned for international shipping in the future!

We currently offer free shipping to all orders $35 and more.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • The second your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.

  • Heads up: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking info to update, so don’t panic if it’s not moving right away.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to legal or regulatory reasons (but we’ll let you know at checkout if that applies to your order).


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We trust our shipping carriers, but sometimes things happen. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Marked as Delivered but Not There? We recommend checking with neighbors or your building’s front desk. If you still can’t find it, contact the carrier directly.

  • Damaged in Transit? Email us at team@persevehair.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging—we’ve got you.

  • Lost in Transit? If your package seems to be stuck for an unusual amount of time, reach out to us, and we’ll help figure it out.


6. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Double-check your shipping address before you place an order—because once it’s out the door, we can’t reroute it.

  • If you made a mistake, email team@persevehair.com ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try our best to fix it.

  • Orders with incorrect addresses that get returned to us may require an additional shipping fee to resend.
